Handmade in small batches
S.A.D. are my initials, not a mood. I've been making soap and lotion at home for years — we’re finally putting it somewhere you can find it.
About
The hobby that wouldn't stay a hobby.
I've been making soap and lotion for years — it started as something just for the family, long before I ever thought about selling it. Back then, I made everything right in the kitchen: bars lined up on the counter to cure, next to the fruit bowl and whatever appliance didn't get put away that day.
It's since moved into its own little space, but not much else has changed. Everything else about the soap is the plain, undramatic opposite of the acronym.
Photo: the pour table, usually mid-mess.
